1997 - SIMCO Song Da Joint Stock Company (stock trading code: SDA), formerly the Song Da Foreign Labor Cooperation Center, was established on Nov 1st, 1997, directly under Song Da Corporation. Screening, selection and hiring of experienced and qualified Officers, Engineers and Ratings, all of who are certified according to STCW'95 requirements, and with a good command of English; Embarkation, onboard appraisals and repatriation of seamen through a tailored crew management program; Crew administration, forward planning, deployment, union relationships and training facilities in Vietnam.

We desired to catch up with the model maritime industry and always keep in mind our key to develop is maintaining and improving our crews’ quality. Furthermore, it aims to establish the fundamentals of the seafarer’s discipline. Our target is smooth operation and zero accidents on each vessel we supply OSM crews. We conduct enhanced training for seafarers with various training courses and as with CBT training equipment as onboard training ships.
